Courier, Times New Roman, and Arial, are pretty much the standard typefaces. Butterick makes a pretty good argument that other typefaces should be used. The Seventh Circuit agrees with Butterick. The Supreme Court of the United States only allows fonts from the Century family. The Supreme Court itself uses New Century Schoolbook.
